Hitachi ABB Power Grids
Product for network visualization that also manages resources
.NET Developer will join Hitachi ABB Power Grids – an industrial company & research center (with projects such as quantum programming) that works with the biggest energy providers globally. At the moment the company’s investment focuses a lot around green energy and one of their goals is to reduce the carbon dioxide emission and reduction of materials that can harm the environment. They have their R&D Technology Center in Kraków – they currently employ about 400 engineers and are looking for another .NET Developer to join their team!
.NET Developer will join a scrum team that is in charge of SDM600 Monitoring System – a product for network visualization that also manages resources (both human and energy!). As the engineers working on this web application say “it keeps the light on”. Joining the team you would work on both backend (.NET Core – mainly (about 60% of working time)) and frontend (React) part of the application, but if you are a backend engineer with no frontend experience however you would like to develop as a fullstack developer, there is room for that (frontend experience is not a must-have).
As a .NET Developer in Hitachi ABB PG you would work on a product with mostly microservices architecture that is hosted on Azure. There are strong Senior Developers within the team so you would also have mentors to learn from. The other specialists that are within the team are of course Testers, Frontend Engineers, Product Owner and Project Manager.
C#, .NET Core, React, material.ui + redux, MySQL, Oracle, Azure
