Virtus Lab is a software house created by professionals for professionals. The main focus of the company is quality and continuous improvement of the solutions provided. They are mainly recognized for coding in Scala, but they are also doing BigData, Kotlin and Java projects. Virtus Lab is now expanding its entire Java team. The company consists of people passionate about the code, who strive to provide high quality, innovative software.
The company is currently developing a system that will be processing thousands of transactions per second and supporting delivery of 1,000,000,000+ items annually. If that is not enough, its user base will be growing with an average of 4 new registrations per minute. This is the scale of the world-class e-commerce system and to create it, you will be using a cutting-edge technology stack and a reactive, scalable, resilient and responsive system architecture.
You will be a part of a team consisting of 5 to 8 highly-skilled engineers, who peer-review 100% of the code they create. The system itself is a brand new product, so most of the time you will spend on developing new features. Virtus Lab puts large emphasis on scalability and performance, this is why you will be also responsible for testing the product.

Virtus Lab is not looking for an expert in all of the above. What is important is that you have experience with similar technologies and you are eager to learn. Communicative in English, both written and verbal, is required.
