Complex network traffic analyzer
C++ Engineer will join Corvil (an Irish tech. company) that has been merged with Pico that has its headquarters in New York and generally operates on the technical side of financial markets. The products that the synergy of Corvil and Pico provides are widely used by inter alia 5 biggest investment banks in the US or the Wall Street Stock Exchange (as well as locally by the Warsaw Stock Exchange). Due to the market demands the solutions which Corvil’s engineers provide are high-performing, highly available, multi-threaded and based on technologies that follow the rhythm of time.
Currently due to the products and engineering team development Corvil is looking for C++ Engineer(s)!
C++ Engineer will join Corvil’s hub in Kraków that currently consists of over 20 engineers that work in various, differentiated working scrum teams of developers, automation specialists, testers and Project Managers also with strong technical background. There are plenty of Senior Engineers on board – the team appears as a great place for tech. development.
The product that the C++ Engineer will work on is a complex network traffic analyzer – a tool that is connected for decoding traffic, detecting anomalies, making and analysing measurements (for example in regards to delay as it concerns high frequency trading in finance).
While working on the network traffic analyzer as a C++ Engineer in Corvil you will be developing a product that decodes about 1000 network protocols that are arranged, classified and saved partially if it’s needed – all of that in real time and using C++17. Corvil puts emphasis on multithreading, performance tuning and inter alia system programming which they are willing to teach you!
